In collaboration with the DFO of US Core Sales, the Finance Business Consultant is responsible for supporting all financial related aspects of the US Core Sales segments, including financial planning, forecasting and be thoroughly conversant in the details of what's included in their financial results and what is driving any variances between actuals and either plan or prior. Influences business strategy through strong credibility and trusted relationship with leadership. Expert knowledge in all financial aspects of the business is required.



  • Collaborates with US Core Sales management team daily and plays a supporting role in providing tactical and strategic financial and operational support to the DFO in all aspects of the US Core Sales business 
  • Works closely US Core Sales leaders and FP&A team to provide accurate, up to date and timely input to the forecasting and planning processes, analysis of output and results and preparation/presentation of executive financial presentations
  • Produces and prepares monthly & quarterly financial performance reports and analytics for DFO to use in communications with US Core Sales leadership, ensuring any adverse trends or unfavorable variances to expectations are fully explained and understood
  • Works collaboratively with US Core Sales management to continuously improve financial reporting and performance management  
  • Supports the design & implementation of improved management information for sales force and productivity and streamlining of existing reporting
  • Provides support to DFO to ensure the incentive schemes, and the related budgets, are appropriately aligned to the compensation structure to support the growth and profitability targets for the US Core Sales segments
  • Collaborates with US Core Sales management, sales and operations to proactively  prioritize and problem solve
  • Develops reporting metrics at the Zone level, working closely with finance and US Core Sales leadership on the creation of these reports
  • Play a supporting financial role to US Core Sales on projects and proactively contributing to relevant project steering groups to ensure delivery of US Core Sales strategic initiatives are on track
