EB-5 Investment Sales Representatives support our growing EB-5 financing team by sourcing EB-5 investors that invest capital into qualified projects approved by Baker Tilly Capital. The EB-5 Investment Sales Representative will play an integral role on the EB-5 financing team, serving as a point of contact to source prospective investors directly and/or through foreign finders. The Sales Representative provides prospective investors and/or foreign associates with offering memoranda, answer questions, and assists with processing investor subscription documents.

  • Support deal teams in the execution of project finance transactions by introducing EB-5 investments to high net worth individuals that are seeking immigration to the US through an EB-5 investment.
  • Cultivate a referral network working with immigration consultants, bankers, CPAs and other professional intermediaries to source prospective investors directly and indirectly by recruiting foreign associates.
  • Make educational presentations on the EB-5 program to support your network and foreign associates.
  • Interact directly with prospective investors, firm staff and local professionals on matters related to processing paperwork to assist prospective investors with making their EB-5 investment.
  • Travel overnight frequently domestically and internationally within assigned markets to achieve production goals.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach with C-level executives.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with C-level executives to understand their service needs and involve the appropriate BT leader to help recommend solutions.
  • Utilize and build on existing referral system with current commercial bankers, lawyers, real estate development firms, government entities and C-level executives.
  • Be able to effectively communicate industry and market trends across all industries.
  • Seek new and innovative methods to identify and attract the clients.
  • Network with appropriate associations and organizations and attend appropriate conferences.
  • Research and gather information on direct competitors within the M&A, due diligence, credits and incentives practices.


  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Immigration Law or direct relevant EB-5 experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment sales, immigration law, or other direct EB-5 experience.
  • Ability to self-manage and take ownership of projects to complete them on time.
  • Willingness to be held accountable.
  • Comfort talking to business professionals and high net worth persons.
  • Excellent public speaking/presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
