Do you enjoy high level administration? Are you looking for a great team to work with? As an Office Manager  with Freeman, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of clerical personnel within the organization independently and also in a team setting.


  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, accounts payable, preparation of payrolls, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
  • Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of work flow.
  • Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
  • Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Ensure records are kept confidential. Secure data as necessary.
  • Manage branch events fundraising efforts (e.g. fundraising efforts, special meetings/events)

  • Schedule meetings and events as requested.
  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedure; order and maintain inventory of all office supplies/equipment, uniforms, and other business related materials.
  • Monitor branch compliance with Corporate policies.

  • Reviews clerical and personnel records to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
  • Directly supervises the Receptionist and coordinates relief for the reception desk.
  • Manage internal staff employee relations.

  • Manage additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.




  • Minimum five (5+) plus years related experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, equipment specifications and instructions, union regulations, floor plans and drafts, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.
  • Must have problem solving skills and ability to react quickly.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.




  • High School Diploma or GED




  • Bachelor's Degree
